Changes at Williams has sparked a bright future according to chairman Adam Parr.

Adam Parr: There is a real sense of optimism about the future. Everybody in the team is thrilled to be back with Renault next year, very happy with the new people coming in. I think people needed to feel change. Everyone individually has been doing the best they can. It's not that people are disliked. On the contrary, I think everyone likes the people who have been leading the team in the recent past. But there's the sense that we are not getting the results and we needed a change, and people like what we are doing and where we are going.
